Vegetables Chinese

Ingredients
1 onion
2 carrots
1 green pepper
1 zucchini
250 g cabbage
100 g mushrooms
100 g soy sprouts
4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp starch
salt

Method
Vegetables cleaned and cut into chunks. In high-heat sunflower oil is put sugar to karmelizira. Vegetables are placed and stirred continuously. Add salt, vinegar and starch. Vegetables should remain slightly crunchy.
