Vine dolmaschki a monastery

Ingredients
1 onion
1 cup Rice
200 g feta cheese
2 eggs
20-30 vine leaves
4 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
1 tbsp Maggy magical taste 10 vegetables or spices of your choice
1 bunch dill
2 tbsp lemon juice
# For the sauce:
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp butter
1 cup yogurt
1 yolk
salt
pepper

Method
In hot sunflower oil onion stew. Add rice and stew until it becomes transparent. Add 1 cup water and 1 tbsp of seasoning and boil over low heat until the water is absorbed. Eggs are broken and with the feta cheese, lemon juice and dill are added to the rice. Stir gently until the fire harden. The resulting mixture is made tight dolmaschki of vine leaves. Tightly arranged in a buttered baking dish. Cover with water and put to bake at 180 for 30 minutes. The sauce is prepared as in hot butter put the flour, stir and add the milk. Stir until thickened. Remove from heat and put the yolk. Season with salt and pepper. The dolmas are served, flights sauce.
