The Vitamin boom

Ingredients
1 kg medium carrot
1 / 2-1 lemon
parsley
oil
5-6 cloves garlic
350-400 g black olives (maybe more)
1 tbsp basil (preferably fresh )
Method
Carrots Wash, peel and grate into a bowl. Add your olives. Add the juice of half or whole lemon (matter of taste). Optional can already squeezed lemon to cut and add to the carrots. Cloves are cut into very small and add to carrots. Parsley and basil is cut, but not too finely and with basil put in other products. Seasoned with olive oil or sunflower oil to taste. * Optional zest can be grated, and the core is cut into cubes and added in this form to carrots. * Garlic may not be cut, but be bold, but then smell not mix so well with both basil chopped cloves.

We as fans of salads will try it soon! Seems a lot of interesting, but there is no doubt about vitamins!
