Wedge yogurt
Ingredients
3 and 1/2 cup (750 g) flour
1 and 3/4 cup (350 g) yogurt
6 eggs
250 g butter
1/3 cup (60 g) semolina
1/2 tsp (3 g) of baking soda
salt

Method
From the flour, salt and water knead dough banitsa. 6 is rolled sheets are placed over one another, as between them put a clean paper or cloth. Eggs broken with yogurt and add to meal, baking soda and salt. In tray thoroughly greased with butter, rank sheet, as sprinkled with melted butter and stuffing. The top layer sprinkle with butter. The wedge is cut into squares or rhomboids and put in a medium high heat. As it turns brown, pour in the remaining butter and dopicha. Once removed from the oven cover with a towel.

Interesting proposal. This recipe reminds me of the pie, but instead put cheese semolina and salt. Sounds very tasty :)
