Livers spring stew

Ingredients
1 kg chicken livers
3 bunches of spring onions
350 ml sterilized crushed tomatoes
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp universal spice
2 tbsp olive oil
flour batter
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Chicken livers PANIC in flour and fry briefly - 2 minutes from both sides in the heated sunflower oil, which is then removed. Luke Chop and sauté in olive oil and a little water, then add the red pepper, immediately after ground tomatoes and 350 ml water. Boils put livers and universal spice. Dish simmer over low heat about 15 minutes. Serve with rice pilaf or mashed potatoes.
