Lodchitsi avocado seafood

Ingredients
2 avocados (ripe)
100 g shrimp
100 g fresh tuna
80 g crab sticks
1 small fresh squid
4 tbsp sesame seeds
8 cherry tomatoes
3 tbsp soy Sauce
oil
# For the dressing:
2 oranges
2 limes (limes)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
4 tbsp softer white vinegar
parsley, rosemary
50 g pine nuts
2 cloves garlic
salt, pepper

Method
The fish is marinated in soy sauce. During this time, clean squid. Divide shrimp from their shells. Fry shrimp and squid, add a little garlic and rosemary. Fry 3-4 minutes. Marinated tuna fry in the same pan over high heat on all sides. Breaded fish again with sesame grains. Once cool cut tuna into slices, then cut and squid into thin strips. In salad mix shrimp, squid, crab rolls and cherry domatchetata, cut in half. Put in refrigerator. Mix vinegar with mustard, pine nuts and olive oil. Strain the juice from oranges and lemons. Pour the juice into the mixture of mustard, 1 tbsp olive oil and vinegar. Add chopped parsley and garlic. Add salt and add pepper. Cut the avocados and remove their environment. Circles cut into small pieces and mix with seafood. Once seafood and avocado mixed them pour the dressing. Filled with this mixture bisected fruit. A couple of slices of tuna must be at the beginning of avocados, and behind them on toothpicks dig rectangular paper triangles for sails lodchitsite.
