Ezogelin

Ingredients
6 cups broth or water
1 cup red lentils
1 onion
1/2 cup broken rice
2 boiled potatoes
3 cloves garlic
4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp ground cumin, paprika and dry mint
salt

Method
In a saucepan heat them fat and saute chopped onion and garlic cloves. Pour broth boil and add lentils and rice, boil 30 minutes, add chopped potatoes and blend. Blend mixture tampering with spices and salt and leave to boil for another 3-5 minutes. Optional anyone can forge soup with lemon juice. 1 cup = 250 ml

Mmmmm, very tasty!

This soup is very popular in Turkey. Also known as the soup of the bride Ezo. Once lived a very poor family.
