Turkey roulades with beer

Ingredients
8 turkey (Chicken) fillets
1 onion
2-3 clove garlic
1 carrot
mushrooms 100 g
2 pickles
8 cabbage leaves sauerkraut
pepper, red pepper salt
200 ml beer
70 ml olive oil or sunflower oil

Method
Boning legs and breasts and form fillets. Fuck gently with a wooden mallet to become thin. Flavored with red and black pepper. Stew on low heat chopped onion, garlic, carrots and mushrooms with a little olive oil or sunflower oil. Add pickles and mix well. Spread on cabbage leaves placed seasoned fillet and sprinkle the filling. Turn at the roll and place in a greased baking dish. Cooked rolls watered lightly with fat, add the beer and put in the oven. Dish bake about 1 hour at 200 degrees. Serve garnished with the seasons - steamed (fried) potatoes, steamed or fresh vegetables. * Optional instead of cabbage leaves can be used * * veil from the stomach of a goat, lamb, calf. * You roulades have no shell. In this case mounted with toothpicks to be delayed.

recipe really allows many interpretations according to the taste of each. Bravo for the idea torqued fillets with leaves of cabbage, so the meat will be juicy and tender! Always roast chicken with beer and experience say that it is very tasty!
