Pork with potatoes and processed cheese - II type
800 g of lean pork
800 g potatoes
360 g melted creamy feta cheese flavored mushrooms or ham
1/2 cup sunflower oil

Cut the pork into bite sized pieces, put them in a baking dish. add the sliced potatoes into cubes larger than those for moussaka, add salt, pepper and the oil, stir and pour water to cover the dish. Bake in the oven at 200C until ready meat. In a deep bowl Pour the feta cheese and beating with wire by adding the broth of the dish (and I sometimes add 1 cup cream) until a thin homogeneous. Pour the feta cheese in the dish and stir again back in the oven for 15-20 minutes until sauce is thickened.
