Salad of roasted vegetables on BBQ

Ingredients
2 zucchini
2 eggplant
2 carrots
4 red peppers
4 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
# For the dressing:
6 tbsp lemon juice
6 tbsp orange juice
3 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
flour garlic or 3-4 finely grated garlic cloves
chopped dill
salt and pepper

Method
Peel the eggplants, cut into rings, add salt and let them drain. Similarly prepare courgettes, but not peel them. Cut carrots and peppers into strips. Drain courgettes and eggplants from the water. Put them in a bowl with carrots and peppers. Add fat and confuse them to be lubricated from all sides. Bake on grill pan, BBQ plate or on both sides. Pour over the salad dressing and leave in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Optional to the dressing can add grated orange peel.

This salad is the most popular in my family. I did not see another one in the catalog and so I added. If I duplicate someone please excuse me.

And at home this salad is made often (I have not put orange juice, but will try :) It is very delicious! From grilling grate vegetables acquire incredible flavor!

I also do often this salad, but also add to the vegetables red and white onions, and mushrooms (with orange and I have not tried). If you want try and so :)

Yes, of course everything is grilled all day :) I wonder why until now I have not climbed this recipe ...

Short variyant did what remained after cooking hearth - carrots, zucchini, yellow, red and green pepper. The aroma is unique, everyone knows how to fire smell toasted vegetables :) A dressing is just mmm ... no words! The next day smelled of garlic, but worth it 100%

Really delicious salad!

Much yummy! I do slightly different dressing - 2-3. L oil 1c. l soy sauce, juice of one small lemon, 1 h. l honey, pepper, salt and a few sprigs of fresh dill and parsley. Became divine vegetables, upload a photo :)

I forgot to mention in the dressing and two cloves of crushed garlic ..
