Beans oven

Ingredients
2 cups beans
2-3 onions (or leeks)
1 carrot
piece of celery
2-3 fresh peppers
200 g canned tomatoes
4-5 cloves garlic
1 tsp paprika
mint, savory, dill or spices of your choice
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
2-3 dried chillies
optional - sausage

Method
Clean, washed beans soak in cold water for at least 12 hours. Washed, pour cold water and boil for 5-10 minutes. Discard water, rinse again, pour cold water and boil until tender. Part of the heated sunflower oil stew chopped onion, grated carrot and celery. As tender fry for a few seconds chopped garlic, dry spices, optional red pepper (or 1 tbsp tomato paste) and add jams or mashed tomatoes and hot peppers. After 3-4 minutes, removed from the fire. Mix the drained beans with stewed vegetables. If necessary, are added from a bean water. Add salt to taste. If prepared with sausage added chopped pieces. Transfer the mixture to pan. Sprinkle top evenly with remaining sunflower oil. Bake in a hot oven. Serve the season with pickles or fresh salad.
