Baked Mackerel - I type

Ingredients
5 (1 kg) fish mackerel
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
4-5 (250 g) tomatoes
3-4 (150 g) peppers
60 g butter
1 lemon
salt
pepper
vinegar
parsley
Method
The fish is cleaned, washed and put salt inside and out, then sprinkled with crushed black pepper and a few drops of vinegar. The onion, sliced, tomatoes, peppers and parsley, chopped and melted butter prepare the stuffing, which filled fish. Then the fish is wrapped in parchment paper and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Serve with slices of lemon.
