Shortcake Emilia

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup semolina
1 cup sugar
1 cup crushed walnuts
6 apples
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 tbsp cinnamon

Method
Prepare a dry mixture of flour, semolina and sugar. Apples are washed, cleaned, peeled and grated. In a greased thoroughly with the oil pan pour some of the mixture on top put of the apples and continue to alternate as top put apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and the walnuts. Bake at 170 C for 40-50 minutes.
