Ingredients
vegetables (bell peppers, cauliflower, carrots, celery) of your choice
salt brine - 50 g (5 tbsp) 1 l (5 cups) water
Method
Cut vegetables and rank in the jar or crock, as between them put a bit of celery, and flooded with brine made from water and salt. Pickles are decanted every other day until ready to serve.

Well, in principle, not boil, but if you have more time can. so the salt will dissolve good use there but wait until they cool before submerge vegetables :)
