Dolmas meat

Ingredients
1 kg pork
leaves 1 large cabbage
150 g of fat or salo
savory
pepper

Method
Cut the meat into pieces about '50 Seasoned with salt, pepper, savory and wrapped in cabbage leaves. Lining in clay casseroles. Pour a little lukewarm water and fat and bake. If used salo put a piece in each dolma, the rest is distributed between the dolmas. Can be made vegan stuffing of chopped onion 2 cloves, 1 cup rice, pepper, savory and on each piece of meat to put in 1 tbsp of filling and then shrink dolma.

to filling the post leaves would add little raisins and chopped walnuts.

You to meat stuffing to add a little rice becomes very vskusno! And after and stew ... :)

I cringed stuffed cabbage and onions instead put a stalk of leek and red pepper spice / pepper and cumin /. Not yet ready, but will write the result may picture to upload. :)

Raz-basket-but :) just a fairy tale. Peko them two hours after boiled. I am very pleased with the result! :)
