Agnieszka liver-soup with spinach

Ingredients
500 g plucks
500 g spinach
1 bunch green onions
2 carrots
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 potato
1 cup rice
3 cubes of vegetable broth
1 tsp dried basil and parsley
2 egg yolks
3 tbsp yogurt
pepper, salt
Method
Giblets are cooked and cut. Cut into small pieces and vegetables (onions, carrots, peppers, spinach and potatoes). All boil together until cooked vegetables. Was then added and rice. As the rice and add the spices. Yogurt and egg yolks make soup thickener and thicken the soup before serving.
