Ingredients
4 kg tomatoes
4 kg red bell peppers
1 kg feferoni peppers
3 heads of garlic
2 bunches of parsley
4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 cup sugar
1.5 cup sunflower oil
6 tbsp salt
Method
Tomatoes are ground and thicken. Sweet bell peppers are roasted, peeled and cut into chunks. Vinegar, sugar, the oil and the salt is made marinade, which is allowed to boil and to it add the peppers. After 15 minutes, add sweet bell peppers and tomato paste. Garlic and parsley add 2 minutes before take off Apetitka of fire. The jars are sterilized for 15 minutes.

Where in the recipe stated amount of tomato paste?

tomato puree is what is obtained by compression of four pounds of tomatoes.

Really vinegar is 4 cups?
