Baklava with apples

Ingredients
500 g filo pastry sheets (1 package)
125 g butter
80 g raisins
2 cup ground walnuts
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
5 apples
20 m l rum or cognac
# For the syrup:
200 ml water
1 cup copper

Method
Raisins pour rum. Apples are cleaned and cut into small cubes. To these are added raisins, the walnuts, sugar and cinnamon. Mix everything. In a buttered baking dish (preferably rectangular) rank first 1/3 of the sheet, which are coated with butter. Place a half stuffing. Cover with as many sheets, each of which is also coated with butter. Place the rest stuffing and cover with remaining pastry, also smeared with butter. Thus prepared baklava cut into pieces. Bake in a preheated 160 C oven for about half an hour. The water was heated to boiling, add honey, stir until complete dissolution. With so prepared hot syrup is poured cold baklava.
