Cake with apples and rice

Ingredients
1 cup rice
1 cup yogurt
2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp sugar
5 eggs
1-2 apples
1 vanilla
powdered sugar for sprinkling or cream for decoration
Method
Rice Boil 3 cups water and drain. Beat 5 egg yolks with sugar. Add the yogurt, flour and vanilla. Stir in rice. Finally, put the beaten egg whites. Again carefully confused. Peel apples and cut into thin slices. In a buttered and dusted with flour pan pour half of mixture. Sorting apples and pour the other part of the mixture. Bake at 180 C until ready. When it is ready sprinkle with powdered sugar or decorate with cream.
