Chicken with eggplants

Ingredients
1 chicken
1 tbsp butter
2 green peppers
2 onions
3 tomatoes
1/2 tbsp salt
1 and 1/2 cup chicken broth (can and cube)
3 eggplants
3 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
Wash and peel the eggplants. Cutting them in half and each half cut at four across. Add salt and leave to stand for 30 minutes. Wash them again, wringing his hands and drying. Fry the eggplant in a hot sunflower oil on both sides. Subtract them in a dish. Clean and wash the chicken and drying. Meltdown cow butter and fry the chicken on all sides. Put it on a clean and cut into four peppers, eggplants. Pour the broth, put the onion, cut into two halves, tomatoes - peeled, cleaned of seeds and finely chopped. Add salt. Cover with lid and cook on low heat for 45 minutes.
