Chicken Soup for Indian

Ingredients
1 chicken
2 carrots
1 slice celery
2 onions
3 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tbsp rice
4 tbsp chopped walnuts
1 lemon
cayenne pepper
salt
Method
Chicken Wash well and pour cold water. Boil on low heat for about 1 hour, from time to time skim. Then add chopped carrots, celery and onion soup and add salt to cooking continues. Clean rice fry in strongly heated sunflower oil. When it is poured into a transparent chicken and boil until tender. Chicken is removed and cleaned from the bones and skin. The meat is cut into pieces and put in soup bowls. Add chopped walnuts and 1 slice of lemon. Pour the soup and sprinkle with cayenne pepper (optional).
