Ingredients
450 g yogurt
1 egg
30 g yeast
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
125 g butter
1 kg of flour
colored salt

Method
Yeast was allowed to rise and mix dough without the yolk and the butter. Divide into 4-5 balls. When rising, are rolled, anoint with butter, sprinkle with salt and colorful winding rolls. Twisted and rolled in the tray as round banitsa, but off (to be able to rise). When rise, smeared with egg yolk and bake.
