Dessert with cottage cheese and chocolate

Ingredients
500 g cottage cheese
75 g butter
50 g chocolate
1 and 1/2 cup sweet cream
125 g of chocolate biscuits
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp water
2 tsp gelatine
Method
At the bottom of a small baking dish spread household foil. Crushed biscuits and mix with softened butter and grated chocolate. The mixture is spread over the plastic and leave for half an hour in the refrigerator. Gelatin was dissolved in 2 tbsp water. The cottage cheese is mixed with sugar and mix well, to give a fluffy. Add the cream and melted in a water bath gelatin. All stir well and pour over the biscuit mixture. Leave overnight in the refrigerator. The next day, the plastic is removed and the cake is cut like a cake.
