Fast fish with tomato

Ingredients
2 fish mackerel
4-5 tomatoes
4-5 whole cloves of garlic
1 bay leaf
5-6 peppercorns
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
2 sprigs parsley

Method
Fish is cleared, washed and rubbed lightly with salt. Put it in a buttered baking dish, pour grated tomatoes, put the garlic, bay leaf and pepper. Add salt, sprinkle with the oil and bake in a moderate oven for about 30 minutes. Once it becomes ready sprinkle with chopped parsley.

If you add a little white wine flavor is simply divine. Instead acid krastavichiki can be cut lemon, also suits the fish.

really quickly becomes a meal and any fish! The last time prepared with pangasius. Use a condiment for fish or lovage, roll pieces in flour and breadcrumbs.
