Minced meat is mixed with grated onion, savory and pepper. Formed into small balls and fried. Cut the tomatoes into discs and PANIC in flour and beaten eggs, then fried. In bowl put a slice of tomato on top and put a meatball. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
