Layered cake Kiss

Ingredients
2 eggs
3 yolks
1 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sunflower oil
baking powder 1
4 tbsp cocoa
# For syrup:
1/2 cup Strawberry jam
2-3 tbsp rum
# For glaze:
3 egg whites
1 cup powdered sugar
2 vanilla
50 g of chocolate or strawberry jam
Method
Eggs and egg yolks with the sugar is broken down in a water bath until they begin to thicken, then cool, stirring constantly. Gradually add flour with baking powder and cocoa, the oil and 1/2 cup water. The dough is stirred gently and pour into greased with sunflower oil and sprinkled with flour baking heart-shaped or round, after firing the base is cut by heart. Baked in a preheated oven at moderate temperature. Remove from the oven to cool and moist. The syrup is made from strawberry jam and rum to warm fire until melted marmalade. The glaze is made of three egg whites that are broken down into thick snow, then add the powdered sugar gradually. Finally put vanilla. Finished egg white mixture is spread on a thick layer of syrup base. Place in preheated oven very low - 120-150 C - and dried in the oven door ajar until hardened. Decorate with chips of chocolate or strawberry sweet.
