Mackerel envelope baking

Ingredients
1 mackerel
1 lemon (3 lemon slices of it)
2 or 3 pinches of chopped fresh or dried dill
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
2-3 pinches of freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
# For toppings:
1 large or 2 small potatoes
1 onion
butter to taste

Method
Mackerel wash and flavor as follows: Salt with Himalayan salt inside and out, sprinkle with pepper and dill everywhere, add olive oil to trickle along the fish on both sides, as well as inside. All gently rubbed to distribute evenly on the skin. Inside the fish rank 3 thin lemon rings cut from the fresh lemon. In the bag baking Put the fish in the middle and on both sides and is ranked the potatoes, cut into rings and onions also cut into rings. Add salt with Himalayan salt. On potatoes put pieces of butter flavor. Bake in preheated oven at 200C degrees about 40 minutes. During baking, you will notice that the envelope is inflated like a balloon. Becoming ready and remove the bag from the oven, cut them with scissors and carefully remove food from it. * Preset products are for 1 serving.
