Moist poppy pastries

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 cup flour
10 g baking powder
1/3 cup poppy seed (chocolate sprinkles)
# Sugar syrup:
1 cup water
3 tbsp sugar
# For glaze:
150 g white chocolate
confectionery red paint
1 tsp cocoa
2-3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
Products for the base beat with a mixer in order of their enrollment to give a cake dough. Put it in a greased baking pan 25 cm and bake about 30 minutes at 180C. Once cooled down pour the sugar syrup and applied glaze (the products are dissolved in a water bath). Cut in a round shape and sprinkle with optional coconut or other decoration. * 1 cup = 250 ml.

Thank you, I have metal rings, but maybe with a glass.

This time I made pasties without glaze and arrange them with orange, but may be made in other versions with different fruits and glazes in different color imagination.
