Orange chocolate truffles with liqueur

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
4 tbsp cream
240 g of dark chocolate
2-3 tbsp liqueur with orange flavor
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp grated orange peel
Method
Mix the butter and cream and put on medium heat to a boil. The mixture was removed from heat, and add half broken chocolate liquor and orange peel. Mix well until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is homogenized. The chocolate was poured into a small tray and put in the refrigerator for approximately 2 hours. Then spoon to dip her hand and form balls that are arranged in a baking dish coated with cooking paper. Put in the fridge to firm for about 30 minutes. Other chocolate is broken into pieces and melted over a water bath with the oil under constant stirring, then allowed it to cool. Chocolate balls are dipped using two forks in the melted chocolate glaze as drain. Arrange in a baking dish and put in refrigerator to harden the glaze.
