Pilaf with rabbit

Ingredients
1 rabbit or chicken about 1 kg
1 kg rice
200 ml sunflower oil
100 g butter
200 g chopped walnuts
salt
Method
Cut the rabbit into several pieces and boil in salted water . Remove the cooked pieces after poizstinat take less meat, cut into cubes and set aside. In a saucepan kindle 100 ml sunflower oil and fry the rice to glass, top with broth from the meat in a ratio of 1: 2.5, put the chopped meat and stir until the rice swell and absorb the broth. If necessary put a little salt. Remove from oven and let stand for 20 minutes to absorb all the liquid. In a pan, heat the remaining sunflower oil and the butter and pour the finished pilaf. When serving sprinkle with chopped nuts portions.
