10-15 peppercorns
300 g mushrooms
salt
3-4 dry peppers

Method
In shank incisions and fry on all sides. Put it in pots. Prepare onion sets, as pour boiling water and peel. Add in the pot, put the dry peppers, washed and sliced mushrooms, wine, spices and bake half an hour to 220 C and another hour and a half of 150 C. Separately made mashed potatoes and served with boned shank and sauce from baking .
