Potato pancakes with green onions

Ingredients
4 potatoes
4 eggs
250 ml milk
flour for thickening
4 green onions
1/2 tsp savory
salt
sunflower oil
Method
Wash the potatoes and put them to cooked. Peel them and grate in large pieces grater. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add milk and flour so as necessary to obtain density batter. Cut green onions and spices together with them to add grated potatoes. And pour pancake dough and mix. The density must be like cake batter and, if necessary, add more milk or flour. Heat gently an oily stick pan and using a ladle pour part of the mix. Bake the pancakes on both sides. Serve them with stuffing and garnish of your choice.
