Rabbit meat with onion

Ingredients
750 g of meat from hare
10-12 heads (1 kg) onions
3/4 cup (150 g) butter
2-3 (150 g) tomatoes
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
bay leaf
allspice
pepper
salt
Method
Rabbit soak one night in cold running water, then cut into pieces that are smothered in fat, adding a little water. When the meat is tender, add the red pepper and tomatoes, chopped, and 10-15 minutes then put coarsely chopped onion. Dish add salt and stew on low heat until ready. Finally add the spices - bay leaf, black pepper and allspice. Once the boil a few minutes, remove the dish from the heat and serve.
