Ravioli with minced meat - II type

Ingredients
1 cup (200 g) flour
4 eggs
pinch of salt
pinch nutmeg
100 g minced meat mixture
30-40 g feta cheese
onions
1 slice white bread
salt
pepper
Method
Of flour, 3 eggs, leaving 1/2 egg for egg wash, nutmeg, 1-2 tbsp (10-20 ml) of water and salt are mixed in dough and allowed to stand for 1 hour. The filling is prepared by mingle minced meat, 1 egg, grated feta cheese, chopped onions, pre-soaked in water, bread, salt and pepper. Roll out the dough into a thin crust. Glass cup with a diameter of about 5 cm cut shapes (or make squares) and in the middle of them put 1 tsp filling. Their edges are coated with egg, fold diagonally and edges are pressed. Boil in lightly salted water as noodles. Before serving can sprinkle with a little grated feta cheese "Parmesan" and served with tomato sauce.
