Method
Pour 3/4 of the flour in the pan. Make a well and put the eggs, salt, the oil, water (slightly warmed) and vinegar. Mix the liquid ingredients, and kneading to form a soft dough medium for not more than 5 minutes. Do not knead much to not activate the gluten and dough becomes tough and hard. Allow to rest for 10 minutes. Divide into 4 balls. Mix the eggs with the feta cheese. Each ball of dough, roll, sprinkles as the rest of the flour. Brush the crust with sunflower oil and evenly filling. Turn the wick and twist. Spread in greased pan with sunflower oil. Sprinkle top with melted lard. Bake until browned of 180C in a preheated oven. After baking, lightly sprinkle the banitsa water. * I raztochih sheet with machine for lasagna at 0.2 cm thin. Slepih along with three overlapping sheets with a width of 14 cm and 40 cm.

Yesterday prepared pie in this recipe and it was nice, all home liked it, but I think that had to be better .. Knead the dough when I get very hard and I had a problem with flattening. I think that next time you will need to add a little more water than 150 ml. Had to pull and it took me a long time until I make thin wafers, which tore more than they should. But otherwise I think the recipe is super and will prepare many pies in it until I make perfect. I really want to learn to make good pies and hope this to happen to me in the future. Thanks for the recipe
