Salad Tenderness

Ingredients
2 tomatoes
Chapter 1 white onion
1 cucumber
2 slices of dry bread or croutons ready
1/2 bunch parsley
olives for decoration
feta cheese optional
# For the dressing:
1 yolk
250 ml sunflower oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (dark)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp universal seasoning for cooking (vegeta, Pikantina or other spices of your choice)

Method
Peel the tomatoes and reserve the peel, then Cut the tomatoes into cubes and put in a salad plate or bowl. Cucumber is cut very thinly and arrange over the tomatoes. Onions are also cut into very fine, ordered on cucumber. Parsley cut into small pieces and sprinkle the salad with it. Slices of bread cut into cubes and fry gently in a little oil and some salt. Add to salad. Decorate with olives. For covering the yolk to add balsamic vinegar, sugar, mustard, universal seasoning, stir well, then add the oil and drop by drop. Stir until the sauce thickens. Salad pour this sauce from tomato peels make roses, arranged to taste optional and can be added feta cheese.
