Ingredients
4 pieces of salmon
1/3 cup soy sauce
3-4 tbsp brown sugar
1/3 cup sunflower oil or olive oil
Method
Mix soy sauce, half sunflower oil and sugar and mix well. With this mixture, pour fish and left for about 20 minutes. Then the fish fry in a skillet over high heat for 5 minutes on each side. During frying fish are not dislocated, so as not to fall apart.
