Smoked pork ribs with pinto beans

Ingredients
1 kg smoked pork ribs
300 g pinto beans
100 g tomato tin
100 ml sunflower oil
1-2 dry peppers
paprika, salt
lovage, mint, savory parsley
1 carrot
Method
Beansa put to boil for 5-10 minutes and remove the water. Washed and poured in cold water. Add the oil, paprika, dry pepper, chopped carrot on wheels. Once the beans are put pouvri smoked ribs. At the end of cooking add parsley, lovage, mint, savory, salt and tomatoes. So simmer another 10-15 minutes. Serve sprinkled with green onion leaves.

Very tasty! A child like pinto beans!

Last night it was cooked at home and ate 2 servings :) delicious meals!

plain cooked beans, onions and celery added ... wonderful recipe! At home we love beans. Excellent from me.
