Ingredients
1 kg spinach
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 lemon
2-3 sprigs fresh mint
1 bunch radishes
salt
Method
Properly cleaned and washed spinach cut into thin strips and add salt. Mix with chopped mint and pour the oil and lemon juice. Decorate salad with radishes.
