Veal with zucchini and peas

Ingredients
500 g boiled veal
400 g fresh peas
2 zucchini (400 g)
2 green peppers
2 carrots
100 ml tomato juice
3 green onions
1 sprig fresh garlic
paprika, salt
30 ml olive oil or sunflower oil

Method
Onions, garlic, carrots and peppers are finely chopped and smothered in fat. Zucchini cut into large pieces and add. Sprinkle with red and black pepper and salt. Add peas and boiled meat. Make hot water to cover the products. Boil for 10-15 minutes. Add tomato juice and dish dovaryava. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
