Vegan Stuffed peppers with rice and onion

Ingredients
1 kg onion
8 red peppers
3 peppers for stuffing
3-4 tomatoes
1 carrot
1 cup rice
1 tbsp paprika
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
2 cup Water
pepper, savory, salt
mint
yogurt Serving - optional

Method
Chop as cooking, grate carrots, peppers cut into small strips. Place in a saucepan and fry in fat. When tender put a little salt. Then add the red pepper, grated tomatoes, and rice. Pour 1 cup water and leave to simmer on a slow fire. When the rice absorbs the water pan is removed from the fire. Season to taste with salt, pepper, savory and mint. Red peppers are washed and cleaned of seed. Filled with the prepared stuffing and arrange in pan. Finally, when all the rest are filled peppers stuffed allocate between them. Spray 1 cup water and bake in the oven until ready. Serve with yogurt optional.

Onion is not much he postopyava less, otherwise it is very a unique taste of the dish. :)
