Winter pork with vegetables

Ingredients
2 kg of meat - ham with skin, boneless
600 g potatoes
1-2 turnip (about 500 g)
2-4 parsnips (about 500 g)
3-4 carrots (about 400 g)
2 onions
1 head of garlic
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp paprika

Method
Vegetables cleaned and cut into chunks. Garlic cloves separated and cleaned. In the skin of meat make deep cuts with a knife at a distance of 1 cm. In a large pan put the piece of meat in the middle skin up (the tray can be brushed lightly with oil), pour 1/4 cup water turns fsunflower with oil and bake for 40 minutes in a moderate oven. Then the meat is removed and vegetables are distributed side. The salt was dissolved in a 1/2 cup water, and then pour over the meat and vegetables. Sprinkle paprika and again put fthe oil, then bake the dish an hour and a half - two moderate oven. Fthe oil is removed and the firing continued for at least 20 minutes until a crispy crust and vegetables are constipation. Bake until finally repeatedly flushed with meat sauce compartments. * If you use more or less a piece of meat - baking time is about an hour per kilogram wrapped + time for browning of the crust.
