Zucchini with mushrooms in the oven

Ingredients
1 kg zucchini
350 g mushrooms
2 onions
2 tomatoes
3 tbsp flour
sunflower oil
salt
pepper
yogurt
Method
Washed Peel zucchini and cut slices, rolled in flour and fry in part of the oil until golden. Mushrooms are well washed and cut into pieces. Onions and tomatoes are peeled and finely chopped. In the heated sunflower oil fry the onion and mushrooms, pour a little hot water and add the tomatoes and flour. Season with salt and pepper and boil on low heat. In glass bowl rank half zucchini on top of the mixture, then the remaining zucchini and remaining mixture. Dish bake 10 minutes in preheated oven. Finally pour the thick yogurt.
