Baked potatoes with gravy

Ingredients
4 potatoes
150 g smoked turkey meat
50 g butter
spices of your choice
3 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp sour cream
100 g cheese

Method
Peel the potatoes, cut into wheels and blanched in salted water for 5 minutes. Turkey meat cut into small cubes. Spread the bottom of the pan with butter, put the potatoes, turkey meat on top, sprinkle with spices and pour water enough to cover it and to bake mode. Mayonnaise and cream dilute with a little water and pour over the dish. Lightly brown, grated cheese and is dopicha.
