Method
From the list of products and 1/2 cup Hot water is kneaded soft dough and divided into 5 balls. Each of the balls sprinkled with plenty of flour and rolled crust. Each sheet is spread out on paper (or baking paper, aluminum or plastic foil), smeared with oil and sprinkle with the stuffing (in a bowl confused crumbs of slices and sugar and the walnuts if put). Rolls up using paper from one end of the roll, turns like a snail and placed in the middle of pre-greased with a little fat round tray. Thus each sheet is added to the tray as we continue to put next curled crust slightly overlap with the front end. Bake in preheated oven on medium - to high heat. The first five minutes do not open the oven. By red nice removed and the banitsa while still hot pour the cold syrup (hand rasim on the banitsa, he finished syrup). Cover with paper and cloth to choke for about 15 minutes, maybe more, if not served immediately.
