Banitsa with drained yogurt

Ingredients
500 g ready peel
125 g butter
100 ml vegetable oil
250 g feta cheese
500 g yogurt
4 eggs
200 g of soda water
100 ml milk
Method
Drain yogurt in a cloth for 4-5 hours and mixed with crumbled feta cheese. The fresh butter is melted and mixed with the vegetable oil. Peel rank in an oiled baking dish, each crust sprinkled with preheated oil every 2-3 peel placing some of the mixture with the feta cheese and yogurt. The banitsa cut with a sharp knife into squares, diamonds or triangles, sprinkle with the remaining oil, pour in beaten eggs with milk and 3/4 part of carbonated water and bake in a hot oven. To be soft after baking and can be sprayed with the remaining soda. Serve warm.
