Banitsa sesame

Ingredients
500 g filo pastry sheets
3 eggs
200 ml carbonated water
100 ml sunflower oil
300 g feta cheese
25 g fresh yeast
25 g sesame seeds or other

Method
Corey divide two - equally possible. Mix the eggs, water, the oil, the feta cheese and yeast. Stir well, until complete dissolution of the yeast. Take one wafer from the first half and sprinkle with 2-3 tbsp of the mixture. Put another on top and blend again, again and again crust mixture and so to the last. Turn in a tight roll and cut to pieces by five centimeters. Put them in a pan (diameter 20-23 cm), covered with baking paper. Similarly proceed with the other half sheets. Finally, pour the remaining mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover and allow to stand for at least 40 minutes. Bake in a preheated 200C oven.
