Breton cake

Ingredients
300 g sugar
250 g of dried apricots
4 eggs
25 g vanilla sugar
1 liter milk
250 g flour

Method
In 200 ml boiling water, dissolve 150 g of sugar, add 250 g of dried apricots and leave to stand for one night. The next day put in a buttered baking dish. Eggs are broken with 150 g of sugar and vanilla sugar, add 1 liter of milk and 250 g of flour, stir well, pour over the apricots and bake 30 minutes. Cake is served cold.

twice already do cake. First did it with apricots, but the second I used a mix of dried fruit and that was very good.
