Ingredients
250 g flour
250 g almonds
250 g butter
200 g sugar
1 egg
1 packet of vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
lemon juice
pinch of salt
450 g jam raspberries
# For the cream:
500 g cream
50 g of powdered sugar
5-6 g gelatin
40 g raspberry liqueur
Method
Mix the butter, flour and almonds. Add the egg, vanilla, salt, lemon juice and the dough is divided into 3 pieces. Allow to cool for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Place the pieces rolled out of bases, in pan and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes at 220 C. Allow the bases to cool again. Then the first base is coated with raspberry jam. Mix liquor, gelatin, cream and powdered sugar. Spread the other bases and the remaining mixture was poured over the cake and smears well. Allow to cool for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator before presentation.
