Caviar peppers

Ingredients
1.5 kg peppers (not too hot)
5 links dill
5 bunches of parsley
salt
mayonnaise for presentation
Method
The peppers are ground into a machine for meat with dill and parsley. Stir good and filled in small jars. Cook for 5-10 minutes. In presenting mix with mayonnaise, the amount is to your taste. Can be smeared on toast or served as a salad.

Desi Tisha so that I may not be very hot. Once added to the mayonnaise obiva spiciness. Can be used to spice up the dishes. Try it you'll like it do it every year.
